Jagex upgraded their servers today, Lizard couldn't knock it offline 10mins ago, they just lagged like half the players offline; so far doing the trick since it still allows connections, hopefully they upgrade it more.

I never said they did. I said the person/people doing it probably made a stressser sold it on HF to be able to buy enough servers to add to their botnet to be able to hit off the RS servers. If the RS servers were so bad, then why aren't they getting hit offline 24/7 by everyone with a booter?
