Dizzy Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 I'm looking to start gaining some muscle mass. I'm 15, 5'10, in perfect shape, and I have plenty of time on my hands. I also have barely any fat on my body. What do I need to start doing to start cutting. Obviously I'm aware of basic workouts etc. I just need some advice on what steps I have to take, whether that means gaining some more weight. Also I heard that having little fat makes you look at lot more muscular than you actually are and you can see your progress better. If I have to gain mass I'm not trying to pull a dog and look like a pregnant water buffalo

Low Bridd Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 (edited) such an unnecessary addition at the end lmao but if you're 150 lbs 5'10 I'm pretty sure you shouldn't be cutting unless you want to look more anorexic Edited September 3, 2014 by Trev|Low Bridd

Scimmy Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 first and best step is to get a gym membership first
Big Dan Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 (edited) go do some deadlift/squats/bench/other compounds and get ur noob gains. Then see how u feel about staying lean or bulking up over winter and cut for next summer edit: its also kinda sad u criticize someone elses physique when you clearly have no idea about lifting... and to say you're in perfect shape, well...
