time to bulk

obviously we will publicly disagree with your advice so the OP doesn't take it as gospel. we are doing it for his best interest, considering every single 1 of your opinions seems to go against the laws of human physiology.

yes you have followed these wacky broscience opinions and maybe you have achieved an alright physique but your results would have been a lot better if you'd have researched more beforehand. (actual research papers not word-of-mouth from other gym goers or placebo research on your own body). this isn't my opinion btw it's fact

Like.. I usually start my posts with "in my opinion", and when I dont do I expect other people to understand it as my opinion and not as scientist facts.

Now, when people like you that buttfucks eachother for years on this forums sees someone new giving advice on forums, your ego starts eating your brain like worms and you have to comment something in order to prove me wrong, in which some issues are just opinion related issues.

Now, I will certainly stop commenting on this section, for sure. It is not healthy for any of us lol

Well I barely, if at all speak to people that post on these threads, but that's a nice insight into your little world.

I don't need to comment something proving you wrong, you have most likely done that to yourself one way or another, I was just questioning whether you know you're wrong or do you genuinely believe some of the stuff you come out with.

Maybe not commenting anything and just reading will do you some good for a while, who knows, you might learn something!

Im 6'1 150 lbs atm probs 12-15% BF

I dont believe in bulking and cutting. I think you can have a great physique all year long if you follow proper diet nutrition and obviously other factors such as sleep macros etc

Only issue I have is my protein intake. I dont like shakes and I dont eat any meat other than chicken. Hit me with some ideas pal

everyone's got their different methods.

bulking/cutting is just what works best for me when im trying to change my body fat %

during the winter ill generally up my carbs/fat intake which makes my lifts go up because im all carbed up

and when im cutting i'll lose alot of water weight but easily get shredded because ill do a keto kinda diet

to each their own but if you're making progress with your diet id say keep doing what you're doing.

You'll need to bulk if you want more than beginner gains / don't use roids

tuna, greek yoghurt etc all contain 30g protein per can just find some good recipes/ flavour that u like and eat 2x a day if needed

i dont use shakes either

Yeah I love bulking because your lifts go up so much, when im cutting I just cut out on all carbs in my diet, just one meal with carbs before I train

Also if u have problems with losing weight I can recommend intermediate fasting
