There's always a lot of discussion on what it really is,

If you bring range, mage, and melee is that still hybrid?

Some say trib is only with void, some say hyb is mage and melee only

Im so confused I might have to pk multi with a familiar to invent a quadbrid >.>

A friend of mine had asked for a hybrid dm with mystic and rune on my main so we did but I brought range and he nerd raged saying wtf tribrid..

And anytime someone will say: "all hybs to easts" or anything I go and normally, mage mage range and then move in with melee and all these people say gtfo tribrid

tri means 3 way.

So I say its hybrid intill you use all mage, range and melee.

I can't really do just mage and melee unless I stand right next to them otherwise they just mage the entire time you put melee on

Well if I hybed on my pure all id do is switch weapons and booster prays... on main itd be tribrid to do same thing my pure does except weapons and armour?

The real word is hybrid, which means a combo of more than one element (used for genetics in the real world im pretty sure). Im not really big on this tribrid and quadbrid terminology, its just a newfag rsfag thing by the sounds of it.

People who discriminate about class builds and pking tactics (outside of honor) are just douches imo.. To me I am still a hybrid.

more than one style of combat is hybridding, some people say tri-brid for 3 combat styles but it's not really a big deal.

As for hybrid dms. Usually you agree on the rules of the dm before you fight, ie mage + melee in mystic/rune.

Technically tribridding is melee/mage/range, but it's still considered hybrid.

Anyway, range/mage is only for 50's who burst and use rune arrows.
