best NPC to suit my needs?

Hi guys, i just wanted to know your opinions on the best NPC to train on as im still low level in OSRS, im 51 STR atm 1 def 1 pray 44 CB, i would need a monster with good XP gains and does not hit too high as i dont want to spend much on food right now.

Cheers guys do these hit high ? its been years since i played RS lol. what would you suggest F2P wise?

Nah their max hit is like 1. Lvl 13 cb and 50 hitpoints. For F2P I would prob. suggest al-kharid warriors or something.

Probs al kahrid warriors, they do hit BUT you can buy kebabs for 1gp just north of the bank, so you'll profit eventually
