Your most responsive muscle group [nattypigpic-inside]

Steroids

Recommended Posts

In this thread post your most responsive muscle group and what you did primarily to achieve this (include a pic if you plan on spouting something outrageous)

lats were always my most dominant body-part ever since i started training, i would start every back routine off with wide-grip pullups (weighted eventually). nowdays it's got to the point where i can't do them anymore in fear of getting disproportionate. often i just do bodyweight pullups at the end of the routine to further exhaust.

heres a pic somewhat demonstrating their prominence (way before i ever touched a steroid/ped). was pretty fat here too but i'm sure they've always had veins all over them etc (not very vascular in most other places), obv can't see them in this dimly lit potato pic

traps look like they were fairly meaty back then too but i never isolated them. always thought big traps are stupid as fuck unless you want to look very intimidating for some reason.

mirin perfect nipple?

post yours!!!!! (muscle group not nipples)

thats not the best form to show your lats but.. aight aight, I guess that inclining yourself to some side might help,

ahum, i wud say triceps and trapez. My neck is huge followed by a decent proportional trap, so I decided to train shoulders and traps in the same day, it is working so far, you think I shouldnt do it? Im not even sure to be honest. Been doing it for 6months.

Always loved training legs, used to abuse the leg press before I learned about the glory of squats, might post a pic if I cba to take one

I have natty non 3d delts and pretty short collarbones but my front delts have always been pretty meaty. Have really taken off lately even though I haven't done even 1 set of shoulder press since summer 2013. But they do get hit pretty hard considering I put in ~15 sets of a combination of incline/flat bench a week. You can kinda see in my sig in the pic on the right and that's almost a year old now.

Lats by far, mine are tiny atm but if I put in the effort and drugs they could be Dorian Yates within 4 weeks they respond so much
