Traveling

Recommended Posts

I am planning on traveling next year.

At the moment I am planning on going to China and Japan, only for a month though.

Has anyone been to China/Japan?

If so is there anything you can recommend for me whilst I am out there?

Such as:

Places to visit

Things to do.

I am planning on flying into Tokyo then spending some time there.

I'm jealous, enjoy. I know a couple of popular districts (wards) of Tokyo like Shinjuku, Akihabara, and Shibuya. Definitely check those out. Other cool cities may be Osaka or Fukuoka. If you go to the top of Japan maybe Hokkaido/Sapporo. I've heard you'll put a lot of money into public transportation, so prepare for that.

What's your budget if you don't mind me asking?

ive been to hong kong

but when I was there I stayed in the ritz-carlton which is really expensive and the peninsula which is the best hotel in China

so its nice there if you have money but i doubt you want to spend 800-1k dollars per room per night
