Pretty nice. I like the colors but the text throws it off a bit. I would have used a slimmer font (to go with the number plate) and remove the asian symbols. Also the curvy lines the the right look good but you should have used a better color choice. The lines to the top left corner looks off as well. I'd like to see ow much was done but smudging is quite good.
