This got me into the GFX team on another site:

Not liking it at all to be honest. The text is way to sharpened and his face is way too blurry. The white line is too thick and becomes the focal and the text font is off as well. Try applying some gradient maps as well as finding better text.

Also the checkered effect looks awkward.
