There's wind/water/earth/fire surge on regular book. I've only tried it a few times and i maxed 29 with fire surge so far.

37, with max mage, extreme pots and masters wand.

you cant use the spells in f2p.. you need a blood rune to cast it and those are p2p =(

fire surge can be used with gmaul just for rushing i find it good.

These arent F2P because u need a blood rune and a death rune i beleive, ik its not f2p, but also this could be good w/ rushing because fire surge hits higher then blits, and u can tb in the process
