just focus on getting to dmg u will make it in no time. some people plateau mge-dmg for a bit, but it's really not that big of a difference.

TBH DMG was prob the longest rank for me, I was there for a while. Took me 14 wins str8 to get LE

I think I could play on NA, I get like 5-10 ping on EU servers so doubt NA servers would get higher than 100 :p
