Avatar sizes

Right now the max size of an image is 100kb. Is this the reason we can't have these larger pictures? I was wondering if it's possible to do something so we can have bigger images in length. Looks really good imo. :3

you cna have avatars with alot bigger resolution, they are simply limited by the size as 100kb
