its fucked, the rings for lumby are p2p. you need nature spirit for medium lumbridge and bgloves for hard lumbridge. Fally shield is worse than a wooden shield.

Explorer ring pre eoc = yes

Explorer ring 2007 = waste of time for useless item

 

Idk abotu the ardy cape tho, and perhaps the smithing at edge is useful aswell. But in pking aspect the explorer ring 3 for f2p  was essential, now you cannot get even tier 2, not even speaking of tier 3.

 

Keep bringign ppot(2) and super energy(4) to f2p and use quickhop lads.

 

The first falador shield is like an iron kiteshield.
