X Prodigy Posted March 18, 2015 Author Posted March 18, 2015 (edited) well I'm bulking atm, but after i hit the gym with heavy lifting, ill go walk the bridge and back, for a total of 2 miles, once i start cutting ill start doing more heavy impact cardio. i don't go to the bridge everyday but i try to as much as possible.
