Originally I had planned a long speech about international solidarity and class conflict, but i think you've heard enough of that from me in the past 3 years. Instead tonight I just want everyone to remember eachother and what we accomplished together. For over 5 years we did the impossible- every clan in runescape was against us, and we rose to the top with standards that were second to none. but it wasn't DI that did that, it was those of us here today. sure, some of us only joined months ago, and others of us have been here the entire time. some came for the loot of bounty hunter, some came for the glory of pvp while others came for the struggle. that struggle i hope each and every one of you will remember, because today jagex will remember us but never forget that for half a decade every update and every policy fought against us- for years we rose to the top of the clan world to keep our clan world in check in their game. that couldnt last forever, and i hope everyone learned that the most important part of fighting an unending war is that it's so damn fun; i pray that you fight them for the rest of your lives, in your new clans, in your homes, in your communities, and in our world, because if theres one thing we proved in our part of the digital world is that if everyone works together we can win. someday youll have that fight in real life and win it against all advertsity,And when you have your first victory, and the elders who have struggled for so long wonder why, you can look them proudly in the eye and say DI TILL I DIE!
