Best training method?

I was wondering what the best training method was for range, from 50 to 70. Some people told me I should do NMZ from 70 with magic short, and obviously with a blowpipe from 75. I currently have a cannon to speed up the process at rock crabs, and i'm also using iron knives. Is there a faster way? And which knives should I use?

I did fire giants but you could cannon rock crabs if you wanted to get the levels done.
