range training, how far, and how much will it cost?

hi FOE, my pure currently has 31 ranged, i have 42m presently, and was wondering, with;

ava's attractor (will get accumulator when 50 ranged)

archer's ring

amulet of ranging

combat bracelet

coif

leather body

10k iron knives

will i be able to get 70 ranged, and if not, how far will i get, and how much will it cost to get 70 range? ( please note that i do not intend on chinning) also, how long (hours,days, w/e) will it take me to get there?

as i said, money isnt an issue, so if you reccomend any gear that would be helpful.
