5 workouts. 

 

1 released each week.

 

everyone who registers for it completes the workout between Friday - Monday that week and submits their score. Your position that you finish for that workout is your score for the leaderboard.

 

i.e. if i finished 100th in workout 1 I get 100 points, the guy who finished 1000 gets 1000 points.

 

same applies for each workout and then all the scores get added up.

 

person with the lowest score overall (so the most highest positions) wins

Sick lad, good job never heard of this might have to take a look and have a read about it considering it's world wide.
