nah i just did it in my house so noone could see me and report me haha

Yes, it's very possible to get banned for that. But if your account has never been banned and it has a decent total/quests done,decent amount of time played on it. Your first botting ban will be a 2 day banned. It is very unlikely you will be banned for auto clicking. Here is an reason why. Imagine you use mousekeys or just use your normal mouse and click on the same coordinates for 6 hours+. It is the same as auto clicking. The bot watch system marely looks at different patterns your account does. With auto clicking there is no patterns at all which is why it's so rare to get banned for it.

 

To conclude, if your account has never been banned and you have a decent amount of time played on it (total level, qp, time). You should auto click. Even if you get banned it will be only a 2 day ban.
