so if u hit a 20 with ancient mace spec u heal 20 prayer points

70-99, you will need most probably around 1.2k ~ 1.5k Prayer potions, I would suggest taking ss however I have heard sotd is good for str trainin

No idea, but I do know that it can give you more prayer than u have (like the altar from the monk monastery) 

 

The ancient mace's special attack can give the player more Prayer points than they originally had, ie; A player uses the Special Attack when he has a Prayer level of 52 and hits a 13, the player will have 65 Prayer points.
