Phil Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 they wont get 100 will they Even if they don't I'm sure he'll open it. They wont get 70 and be like NOPE SRY. He clearly wants the clan open again and saying it WONT open without 100 is just incentive to get as many people as possible.
