Not much of a guide more of a tip

 

pros-

good if you don't have 43 prayer

cheaper

longer afk by around 25min

 

cons

-can be banned, because it's using a macro

-auto clicker can mess up and it will give you 2hp or higher

 

1. get into a game with 1 p pot and around 5-6 overload. All the rest are absorption

2. get 1 hp and absorption potion all the way up to the max (i think its around 1k)

3. setup auto clicker for every 50sec on rapid heal

4. enjoy around 30min of afk
