I'm also confused are their two different versions?

If you want to watch something for a long run then I definitely recommend One Piece. Its a Master Piece. It isnt fights fights fights wins wins wins, and the pace isnt as fast as some people wished but that just makes it different. It is one of those things that only gets better and better with time.
