Urgot is actually somewhat difficult to pull off correctly..not neccesarily mechanically-wise, but if you have the decisionmaking of sub-diamond then you're gonna be a bad spot in a lot of occassions. Not that people in diamond have decent decision-making, altough it's a bit better.
