Poetry slam v2

[Akahana]

So I was so nervous all weak from this poetry slam I attended. 

 

Man when I read my first poem I was shaking, voice and body. 

 

The clapping after I read my poem was awesome. 

 

Watching everyone read their poems was nice, but personally I thought I was top 3 with the best poems.

 

Cause everyone else's poems were short and about silly things but still they had some powerful words that I wish I wrote them.

 

I didn't win, but I was fourth.  Only picture that was taken was at the end when all poets came up.

 

When I read my second poem I got off the stage and got a thunderous clap. Then when the spokesperson came on stage she told everyone to give me another round of applause which counts for something because that only happened to me.

 

Can't wait to go again lol.
