Tbh...depends on what you find fun and if ur joining FOE

If you prefer just dscim to dds pking...dont touch your range. Its wasted hp levels...get like 80-90 str and splash ur mage up.

If you wanna do range to dds...get strength to 80-89 and get your range 90-99. You can get 89 str and 99 range...and still be range based. Can also do 80 str and 90 range...and stay range based.

Higher your combat level gets, the more cancerous voiders and zerker pures you deal with.

If you intend on clanning and/or nh briddding...then raise str range and mage.

Like mine...its more or less fucked. Good for clanning...and fun with whip. I prefer just straight melee. It was horrible with 60 attack. Making a pure with 60-80 (eventually 90) with 31 pray. Will max out at 70 range for a little more hp xp to survive dbow rushers and maul rushers.

Your build just comes down to what you find fun.

Eh give us more insight on what exactly you're struggling on. Stats are a little weird, honestly people at your level are practically all low pray gmaulers. Make a baby f2p pure and practice switches I guess, that's what I struggled the most on in the early days of pure pking, and I can remember how fucking frustrating it was. Timing your switches so they're just one tick off of the primary weapon (range/dscim/ ect) to your spec weapon can be a little tricky to get, but will come with practice and experience. Just keep training and pking. 

 

With a lot of experience you'll hone the abilities of knowing the exact right time of when to switch/double spec/combo eat/risk.

 

One of the biggest tips I can give you starting out is to turn your public off, people can be absolute cunts in the wild, especially after they drop you in 3 seconds. Don't be that guy that totally acts like a cocky faggot when you kill someone, karma bro.
