You don't have to use an auto clicker since it's now a bannable offense and risky. Use this timer http://www.online-stopwatch.com/loop-countdown/ and set it to 45 seconds. Flick rapid heal on and off once every 45 seconds. Bring strength or super strength potions if you'd like.
