Pretty much atm. When I crave the fast gains I stun-alch, but that depends on how much I'm up for that..it's pretty draining

Every alch is 65xp, every stun is 90xp, so 155xp per cast. If you do actively you can do 1100 casts of both an hour, roughly averaging 170k xp/hr
