Luke Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 You need to go gradual with dietary changes, everything is a process. Start just doing some push ups and sit ups in the morning and you'll notice results eventually. As for diet, like I said gradual. If you eat a sandwich and chips for lunch get baked chips and try and add a healthier condiment to it. If you decide out of no where you're going to have a kale salad and water for lunch, you're going to feel like shit, and be unsatisfied. Just make each week a bit healthier than the last.

Walli Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 If i see anyone eating pasta full stop you get slapped. Eating it for breakfast means your a mong. #paleo
Walli Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 Disagree dripz. Non starch carbs = any greem veg really. My favs are spinach, kale, brocoli. Like cauliflower and aspargus too. Cabbage is ok but meh. Starch carbs = sweet potato or white rice (careful on portion size) Fruit = blueberries.. Fuck most berries tbh. Eat apples or bananas almost as a treat or of you really need carbs or i suppose if you just really love them and cant live without. Stick to them. Ofcourse the amount of each you eat is based on your goals. The type and quality of food stays the same just the amount varies. Only have small bit of starch carb with lunch and bigger starch carb portion with evening meal. If your having any carbs for breakfast should be a fruit like berries or some veg. My view on it.

Lethal_Foe Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 What I would do first is workout at home doing push-ups, sit ups, squats and jogging. After 2-3 months hit the gym and workout 2-3 days a week. Peanut butter sandwiches are a good source of protein and drink lots of water. At the gym don't feel intimidated by the bigger guys, they too had to start somewhere, they weren't born buff. Best of luck m8
