Pay day is here so i bought a bunch of supplements after some research and looking at reviews.

See below if you have had any experience with any of these supplements and could let me know on how you got on with them and make any recommendations for future purchases

So Initially i could not Decide on whether to buy the Thermo Detonator or Black ops Capsules so i was hoping if this is something i could alternate between or maybe even Stack, would anyknow know about this?

Where i got one of my answers;

Grenade® Thermo Detonator is our Multi-award winning fat burner. It is to be taken twice per day (first thing in the morning then 30 minutes prior to lunch)

Black Ops is also a fat burning product, however, contains a slightly different form of caffeine (microencapsulated caffeine), the effects of which are shorter and sharper. Meaning if you train in the evening, this product is ideal as it won't prevent you from sleeping whereas the effects from Thermo Detonator are longer lasting.

If you were looking to consume both of these products together, you could need to replace your second dosage with the other (e.g 2 capsules Thermo Det in the morning then 2 capsules of Black Ops prior to training). An alternative would be to cycle the products with a break in between to ensure maximum fat burning effects.

Also bear in mind that Black Ops is currently only available in the UK and EU.

Gl buying, wouldn't buy that many at once tho but just try out one at a time and see if it works/if it is enough

But I'll still love you son, whether you have fish oils or not

Unless you plan to be an extreme body builder, supplements seem like a bit of a waste.

i dont think it makes a huge difference

"fat burners" are the most laughable con of the fitness industry, and that's saying something. brb i can put caffeine and a load of herbs in this capsual and market it as if it's fucking DNP when in reality it won't make 0.1% of difference over just caffeine (no exageration). caffeine pills are like £4 for 200 btw.

^ for the most part. if you want anything that is a "fat burner" you're going to have to look somewhere other than a supplement store's shelves. as for glutamine you can't really go wrong and fish oils assuming it is the triple omega oil with cod liver oil should be good for your digestive system and ur joints which is helpful seeing as if you're like me you'll shit once every 4 days when you're dieting.

i'd recommend getting some CLA, i actually felt like they did something for me; suppose it would have been a mix of 6-7 different things i was doing though.

if ur looking for decent supplements, i've always used NRG and found them pretty decent on most things. their bcaa+glutamine powder is like £22 and multi vits/fish oils half the price of what you paid.

If you really want

Vit D, Magnesium, Omega 3. Get huge doses of them.

Wouldnt bother anything else

Wouldn't expect much from the fat burners, usually show little to no difference. Have fun experimenting though.
