should i get 70 attack?

ok, my pure is well in it's way to meeting FOE reqs;

96 str

82 mage

89 range

44 prayer

1 defence

monkey madness: complete

desert treasure: complete

wealth:60m

THE PROBLEM!

foolishly forgetting the attack exp given in the build up to monkey madness, my attack was levelled to 61. to me this seemed like an impurity, and i am a perfectionist. so my question ; should i get 70 attack?

the seeming pro's:

i have access to the abbysal whip, and saradomin sword (which is very good for melee training)

higher general accuracy using melee

in a position to train to 75 later on

the con(s):

higher cb.

so, FOE, what should i do, remain at the un-smexy 61, or go to 70, or even 75?

61 isn't that bad lol, if you're satisfied with dragon weps right now then stick with it. No use crying over spilt milk tbh, you're probably going to end up getting 70 attack someday anyways.

just stay 61att. once you get REALLY tired of dds and claws consider 75/78 att for ags/vls

Id you do get 70, pk it to 75 and just pk with Godswords, otherwise, No.

70atk.... 75 atk... and when u bored 75 atk u will get 99 atk AND WHEN U GET 99 ATK, have fun killing rune pures with high str bonus(like ULTRA)

Stay 61 the lower cb the better because you will end up fighting a lot of tanks

Ok heres the thing, everyone complains about high combat pking blah blah. 75 attack from 61 is like 5 levels. NOT A BIG DEAL.

But don't rush into it, stay 61 for awhile. I was 61 (failed as you say) for about 5 months and it bugged me a little bit but didn't make much difference. I remained this way until li just got sick of koing people with claws and had enough money for an ags, then got 75. The thing is, with 99 str. Doesn't matter what combat you are as long as you have skill you can kill people...

I maxed out with 62 attack and was fine with it. Don't get attack levels until you're REALLY bored and REALLY rich (120m+).

Or you can get 2 def so you have 2 impurities and since you a perfectionist you will enjoy having an even number og them ;)

I'd stay 60attk unless your getting really bored and jus wana get it up for weapons like ss/gs/satus warhammer or what ever u call the weapons at 78attk. lmao

You need to make a choice now, if you can afford bgs/ags .. Get 75 attack, and you can choose to stay at 75 attack.. Or you may want to get 99. Decide now because theres no going back.. It's entirely your choice.

I have the same problem, im maxed hp/str but dds is really shit, 99str hardly specs on 20def these days and i use the pray bonus's, super str/atk pots ect.. But at 80+ cb you get alot of tank/zerk targets and dscim/dds never really hits, so i was thinking is SS really worth it? people tell me it hits on 45def easily, and i guess its fast and hits quite high..

So i'd like a few opinions on this.:)
