Spurs have a pretty big international fanbase, but nowhere near as big as Liverpool/United.

 

It's only been in the last 5-10 years that they've really branched out and marketed themselves to people abroad. Done really well in the last 3 or so years jumping on the hype bandwagon in the USA, getting billboards and stuff put up in Times Squ, ect.
