If it doesn't pass the price of fulling a blowpipe will eventually be more expensive than the blowpipe itself :/

Yeah, that's the point, to crash scale prices and to balance out the number of blowpipes in the game... Otherwise blowpipes will get to about 500k ea and no one will do zulrah anymore, making less scales come into the game and eventually making scales super expensive.
