there is actually, the range prayer can give you up to 25% range bonus but the downside about it is that it takes some time to 'charge'. you start at 5% and it goes up slowly to 10%, then to 25%.

The only range curse(that boosts range) is level 76, leech range which does:

Boosts Ranged by 5%, increasing to 10% over time. Drains enemy Ranged by 10%, increasing to 25% over time.

It boosts by 10% max and drains by 25% max which makes the max range boost 10% while on curses.
