Your a bit of a prick but i'll offer my advice.

Firstly i think your asking the wrong question, your question should be "what type of account should i make"

id recomend making a low lvl f2p pure, 70 range/mage 40 atk and 65 str, this is a perfect start to any account, and is a good chance for you to get some pk experience. I personally think the best type of accs are ones that max with all cb styles for there cb lvl.

As for training, if you dont know where to train you really need some guidance, id suggest monks/men until you have a lvl 40 stat then rock crabs.

train to 50 then do soul wars its fast XP also for money you could [hunt][fish][mine][or EP and Pk your targets]

Easy imo, get 60 range or so then sw, keeps hp low so that you reach a high range lv but at low combat lvl.

To make money you can do basic things like spin flax or smelt iron ore with a ring of forging, doesn't need a lot of money so these methods should be able to cover the expenses mate. :)

i'd suggest getting some cash like 20m+ then start training but i suggest getting 99 hunting make you around 50-60m so you can get supplies for the range levels and pking gear. :]
