If you cant see the delay in pray switches and the amount of 2 tick switches I get you should watch it again in 0.5 speed =p

Once Jagex feels the server r secure again they will switch the pvp worlds back to the uk servers.

 

Untill then it's just not possible to pk in Pvp worlds anymore.
