Walli Posted August 15, 2015 Author Posted August 15, 2015 Varies, I sometimes have other things with it.. oats / fruit etc if I want carbs but I was meaning how do you get the protein element to the meal. Im always on the go so when i look around websites they try throw loads of baking shit at me.

Rolexx Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 (edited) Most important is to keep in mind you just woke up from a 8/9 hour FAST. So instead of a normal protein shake, I advice to take your BCAA supps OR (egg whites ( they are 100% bio-available which means none of its amino acids are wasted) ) So it's good to eat eggs in the morning, but don't forget your carbs, they are also really important . Try something like oatmeal or something else with much carbs and fiber(so you can start your day with much energy) And to answer your question, egg whites/oatmeal and bcaas every morning Edited August 15, 2015 by Rolexx
