Camtasia question

So I use Camtasia Most of the time for recording but whats the best way to upload it to YouTube to get the best quality? i normally just upload it to YouTube through camtasia directly"share to YouTube"  but 720 Quality is usually the max i get.

 

I'm sure i have to just save "produce" it a certain way i just don't know whats best for YouTube.

 

Any suggestions?

Record in 1080p or w.e resolution you want. The camtasia recorder isn't more than 720 I don't think.

Yeah camtasia is fine tbh. You could record with camtasia and render with something like Sony vegas. You can get better quality that way

I usually render it in sony vegas, if I'm in a rush I'll just do 720, if it's someting big I care about I'd do 1080 and leave it overnight

720 is perfect fine, 1080 is a heavy file
